Crafted To Thrive LLC

Nikita Williams is the founder of Crafted To Thrive LLC, a coaching business built to help women entrepreneurs manage chronic illness without sacrificing their income. Her story shows how the right systems can turn a health challenge into a sustainable business model.

Early Career Struggles

She grew up in Duluth, Georgia. Early in her career, she worked across several industries. Event planning, photography, real estate, and person-to-person marketing all shaped her skill set. However, traditional employment demands challenged her daily. Multiple chronic illnesses made standard work schedules difficult to sustain.

So, she took an online digital marketing course. This decision changed everything. She began offering freelance services like Facebook ads, landing pages, and web design. She focused specifically on helping women grow their businesses online. Eventually, this freelance work evolved into something bigger: coaching.

How Nikita Williams Built Crafted To Thrive

She founded Crafted To Thrive LLC to serve a group most business advice ignores. Creative women and service-based entrepreneurs with chronic illness needed different support. Standard hustle-culture strategies simply didn’t work for their bodies. Instead, she built her coaching around real capacity, not idealized productivity.

Her signature concept is called “flare-proof operations.” This approach means building systems that keep functioning even on low-energy days. Rather than depending on constant peak performance, her clients learn to structure businesses around sustainable rhythms. As a result, entrepreneurs can grow their income without sacrificing their health.

Coaching Programs and Offerings

Her coaching includes several core offerings. For example, she provides one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Additionally, she created a private podcast series called “Create Your Clarity Mondays.” Meanwhile, her free email series, Chronically Profitable, teaches the flare-proof path to $100K.

Podcast and Public Recognition

Beyond one-on-one work, she hosts a globally ranked podcast. Originally called “She’s Crafted to Thrive,” it’s now titled “Business With Chronic Illness.” Through this platform, she interviews entrepreneurs navigating burnout and unpredictable energy. Rising Tide, The Jasmine Star Show, and The Simplifiers Podcast have all featured her.

Life Today

Today, Nikita Williams lives in St. Johns, Florida, with her husband. Despite living with endometriosis, fibromyalgia, and Hashimoto’s, she built a six-figure business on her own terms. Her story continues to inspire hundreds of women redefining what sustainable success looks like.

About their Startup

Crafted To Thrive is a business coaching practice founded by Nikita Williams to serve a group she felt traditional entrepreneurship advice consistently overlooked: creative women and service-based business owners living with chronic illness. After years working in corporate roles and freelance work across event planning, photography, real estate, and digital marketing, Williams found herself unable to sustain the demands of standard employment while managing multiple chronic conditions. Rather than giving up on entrepreneurship, she built a coaching business specifically designed around variable capacity. The core of her approach is what she calls “flare-proof operations” — business systems and structures built to keep functioning even on days when her energy and capacity are at their lowest, rather than depending entirely on the founder showing up at full strength every day. This philosophy shapes everything from her content pillars (capacity-first planning, automation, and sustainable marketing) to how she coaches clients to structure their own businesses. Her flagship offering includes one-on-one coaching, a private podcast series called “Create Your Clarity Mondays,” and a free email series titled “Chronically Profitable: The Flare-Proof Path to $100K.” Through her public podcast, now titled “Business With Chronic Illness,” she has built a global platform helping entrepreneurs and founders build businesses that work with their bodies rather than against them.
