Rachel Rodgers is an American entrepreneur and attorney. She is the CEO and founder of Hello Seven, a business education company. Hello Seven helps women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA entrepreneurs build seven-figure businesses. Its broader mission is to close the racial and gender wealth gap.
Rachel Rodgers began her career as an intellectual property attorney. She worked on Capitol Hill with nonprofits, federal judges, and political leaders, including Hillary Clinton. Over time, she noticed something important. Her clients cared more about pricing, ownership, and money mindset than legal paperwork alone. That realization led her to shift into business coaching.
Rachel Rodgers is the author of the bestselling book We Should All Be Millionaires: A Woman’s Guide to Earning More, Building Wealth, and Gaining Economic Power. She has also written Million Dollar Action and several Audible Original titles. Her work has appeared in Forbes, Time, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company. She has also appeared on Good Morning America and The Drew Barrymore Show.
Rodgers built Hello Seven from a small coaching practice into an eight-figure company. She did this while raising a family and staying vocal about closing the racial and gender wealth gap. Today, Rachel Rodgers lives in North Carolina with her family. She continues to teach through her podcast, her books, and the Hello Seven Foundation. That foundation focuses on maternal health equity for Black mothers.
