Denise Duffield-Thomas grew up in a small beach town in Australia. As a teenager, she noticed something: friends always came to her for advice. Years later, she turned that instinct into a career. She trained as a coach at the Inspired Coaching Academy under mentor Sandy Forster, then built her own practice.
Denise Duffield-Thomas found her real audience online. She wrote a blog and posted funny, honest YouTube videos for women entrepreneurs. A Hay House Publishing editor noticed her work and reached out. Hay House published her book “Get Rich, Lucky Bitch” in 2015, then “Chillpreneur” in 2019. She has now written four best-selling books: Lucky Bitch, Get Rich, Lucky Bitch, Chillpreneur, and Chill and Prosper.
In 2012, Denise launched Money Bootcamp, her flagship online course and community. The program targets entrepreneurs — especially women — who feel stuck at income plateaus despite trying every strategy. Money Bootcamp treats under-earning as a mindset problem, not just a business problem. It combines a six-module curriculum with tools like EFT tapping and forgiveness work. Members also get monthly live coaching calls and lifetime access to the community.
The results speak for themselves. Money Bootcamp has helped more than 10,000 entrepreneurs across five languages. Forbes featured her business as one that grew into a multi-million-dollar operation by helping women overcome money blocks. HuffPost also praised her transparent approach to sharing what works — and what doesn’t — in her own business.
Today, Denise hosts the Chill & Prosper podcast and runs an active community on Instagram, where she shares money mindset tips with over 100,000 followers. She rejects hustle culture and teaches that people can build wealth ethically without burning out. She lives on Australia’s east coast with her family.
